* Add puffin profile scopes to the startup and running of eframe

* puffin_profiler example: start puffin right away

* cargo format let-else statements

* More profile scopes

* Add some `#[inline]`

* Standardize puffin profile scope definitions

* standardize again

* Silence warning when puffin is disabled
