Emil Ernerfeldt a59eda7a27 egui-winit: Recognize numpad enter/plus/minus (#3285 )

Numpad enter should work the same as the normal return key.

Numpad plus/minus should now work for scaling ui
(together with cmd/ctrl)

egui-winit

This crates provides bindings between egui and winit.

The library translates winit events to egui, handled copy/paste, updates the cursor, open links clicked in egui, etc.
