Fix web errors (#1040)
* Fix old `use` declarations
* Fix hidden lifetime parameter
* Fix missing methods in `web::Monitor`.
Originally fixed by @ryanisaacg in 94387c4bf5.
* Disable some tests and examples on `wasm32`
