Rename internal structs for consistency (#2149)

Proxy -> EventLoopProxy
Id -> WindowId or DeviceId
WindowTarget -> EventLoopWindowTarget
Handle -> MonitorHandle
Mode -> VideoMode
PlatformSpecificBuilderAttributes -> PlatformSpecificWindowBuilderAttributes
SuperWindowId -> RootWindowId
