event_loop: remove generic user event

Let the users wake up the event loop and then they could poll their
user sources.

event_loop: remove deprecated run APIs

The APIs are not well suited for the `&dyn ApplicationHandler` model and
`Box<dyn EventLoop>` structure, thus remove them.
