Mads Marquart 7fe8c206ae chore: avoid unsafe in examples
By using `OwnedDisplayHandle`, which uses reference-counting, instead of
`DisplayHandle<'static>` (where the user has to guarantee that the
Application doesn't outlive the event loop).
