Enable these new clippy lints and fix all warnings:
* `format_push_string` — use `write!` instead of `s += &format!(…)` to
avoid extra allocations
* `ignored_unit_patterns` — use `()` instead of `_` when matching unit
* `missing_fields_in_debug` — ensure manual `Debug` impls account for
all fields
* `needless_raw_string_hashes` — remove unnecessary `r#` on string
literals
* `ref_option` — prefer `Option<&T>` over `&Option<T>` in function
signatures
This PR fundamentally solves the same problem as
https://github.com/emilk/egui/pull/5827 just implemented with a lot less
ambition and api surface on my end. It contains the bare minimum amount
of changes that I need in order to be able to solve my problem.
My Problem:
I am still suffering from the problem that the TypeIdMap blows up over a
very long time when using my application. (The user generally never
turns off the application, it is intended to be just kept running
forever, some users also never restart their computers) My application
generates a lot of content dynamically so it may for some time display
widgets with a certain set of TypeId's + Id's later hiding them. Some of
the elements that were hidden may turn visible again once an external
event occurs, some may forever be discarded.
I do know myself when which sections of the UI have to be purged because
they will never become visible again, so this PR contains the minimum
amount of necessary functions that allow me to implement this
housekeeping logic on my end.
The existing facilities are insufficient to handle this as the type T
which the TypeId and the hash is derived from are sometimes pub(crate)
privates of widget subcrates or even pub(crate) of egui internals
itself, so its impossible to manually remove those from the TypeIdMap
the only build-in method to remove them is to call "clear" on the
TypeIdMap, however that gets rid of everything, even the elements that
are still shown and should still be in the TypeIdMap.
If the changes in this PR are agreeable to you and you want me to write
unit test for the 4 functions that I have added then tell me and I will
write the tests for you.
If you need anything else changed please tell me.
I ran cargo clippy and cargo fmt, but your check.sh does not work on my
computer.

### What
From the [lint
description](https://rust-lang.github.io/rust-clippy/master/index.html?search=or_fu#or_fun_call):
> The function will always be called. This is only bad if it allocates
or does some non-trivial amount of work.
But also:
> If the function has side-effects, not calling it will change the
semantic of the program, but you shouldn’t rely on that.
>
> The lint also cannot figure out whether the function you call is
actually expensive to call or not.
Still worth it to keep our happy paths clean, imo.
* Closes <https://github.com/emilk/egui/issues/5406>
* [x] I have followed the instructions in the PR template
The changes follow what is described in the issue with a couple changes:
- Scroll bars are not hidden when dragging is disabled, for that
`ScrollArea::scroll_bar_visibility()` has to be used, this is as not to
limit the user configurability by imposing a specific function. The user
might want to retain the scrollbars visibility to show the current
position.
- The input for mouse wheel scrolling is unchanged. When I inspected the
code initially I made a mistake in recognizing the source of scrolling.
Current implementation is in fact using
`InputState::smooth_scroll_delta` and not `PassState::scroll_delta`,
therefore it is possible to prevent scrolling by setting the
`InputState::smooth_scroll_delta` to zero before painting the
`ScrollArea`.
A simple demo is available at
https://github.com/MStarha/egui_scroll_area_test
* Closes no issue, I just needed this for an app and figured it could be
useful.
* [x] I have followed the instructions in the PR template
This PR adds an `overline` option for `egui_extras::TableRow`, which is
useful for visually grouping rows. The overline consumes no layout
space.
A screenshot of the demo app, showing every 7th row getting an overline.

This will allow disabling the animation that occurs during
`scroll_to_row` calls. Follows the same coding style as the other scroll
options in `TableBuilder`.

I added a util function `set_hovered` to change the hovered state of a
row from tables in `egui_extras` which matches the already present
`set_selected` function.
* [x] I have followed the instructions in the PR template
`egui::Table` has a weirdly specific default `max_scroll_height` set to
800.0. This means that even with `vscroll(true)` and `auto_shrink([_,
false])`, the table will not expend to the full available height. This
PR changes this value to `f32::INFINITY`. This makes it consistent with
the corresponding default value of `ScrollArea::max_size.y`, which is
where that `max_scroll_height` ends up being used.
This makes the sizing pass of an `egui_table` ensure the table uses as
little width as possible.
Subsequently, it will redistribute all non-resizable columns on the
available space, so that a table better follow the parent container as
it is resized.
I also added `table.reset()` for forgetting the current column widths.

All the other crates in egui have serde as an optional dependency -
which is great! But sadly egui_extras unconditionally includes it, which
adds a bunch of code to stuff that may not care for it. This PR gates
serde support behind a new `serde` feature.
This is a breaking change; if that's undesirable then we can add it as a
default feature instead, though that wouldn't match any of the other
crates.
* Closes https://github.com/emilk/egui/issues/4535
This should improve the auto-sizing of columns when nesting expanding
widgets (e.g. `Separator`), or centered or justified layouts.
Was reading the docs and noticed a typo.

* Closes <https://github.com/emilk/egui/issues/THE_RELEVANT_ISSUE>
Motivation: I want to replace `cargo-cranky` with workspace lints, first
available in Rust 1.74.
However, `cargo doc` would hange on `wgpu` and `wgpu-core` on 1.74 and
1.75… so now we're on 1.76.
I think this is fine - when 1.78 is released next week we're still two
versions behind the bleeding edge.
…and the branch name is just wrong 🤦
Each cell in a table now has a `Ui` with a unique `Id` based on the row
and column.
This avoids Id-clashes, e.g. when putting a `CollapsingHeader` in a
table cell.
There was no way to customize this as ScrollArea gets created inside
Table widget, this exposes the functionality, so scroll bars on tables
can be customized.

## Additions and Changes
- Add `TableBuilder::sense()` and `StripBuilder::sense()` to enable
detecting clicks or drags on table and strip cells.
- Add `TableRow::select()` which takes a boolean that sets the highlight
state for all cells added after a call to it. This allows highlighting
an entire row or specific cells.
- Add `TableRow::response()` which returns the union of the `Response`
of all cells added to the row up to that point. This makes it easy to
detect interactions with an entire row. See below for an alternative
design.
- Add `TableRow::index()` and `TableRow::col_index()` helpers.
- Remove explicit `row_index` from callback passed to
`TableBody::rows()` and `TableBody::heterogeneous_rows()`, possible due
to the above. This is a breaking change but makes the callback
compatible with `TableBody::row()`.
- Update Table example to demonstrate all of the above.
## Design Decisions
An alternative design to `TableRow::response()` would be to return the
row response from `TableBody`s `row()`, `rows()` and
`heterogeneous_rows()` functions. `row()` could just return the
response. `rows()` and `heterogeneous_rows()` could return a tuple of
the hovered row index and that rows response. I feel like this might be
the cleaner soluction if only returning the hovered rows response isn't
too limiting.
I didn't implement `TableBuilder::select_rows()` as described
[here](https://github.com/emilk/egui/pull/3105#issuecomment-1618062533)
because it requires an immutable borrow of the selection state for the
lifetime of the `TableBuilder`. This makes updating the selection state
from within the body unnecessarily complicated. Additionally the current
design allows for selecting specific cells, though that could be
possible by modifying `TableBuilder::select_rows()` to provide row and
column indices like below.
```rust
pub fn select_cells(is_selected: impl Fn(usize, usize) -> bool) -> Self
```
## Hover Highlighting
EDIT: Thanks to @samitbasu we now have hover highlighting too.
~This is not implemented yet. Ideally we'd have an api that allows to
choose between highlighting the hovered cell, column or row. Should
cells containing interactive widgets, be highlighted when hovering over
the widget or only when hovering over the cell itself? I'd like to
implement that before this gets merged though.~
Feedback is more than welcome. I'd be happy to make any changes
necessary to get this merged.

Thanks to `impl From<bool> for Vec2b` one can now shorten some builder
calls, like:
Previous:
```rust
egui::ScrollArea::vertical()
.auto_shrink([false; 2])
```
New:
```rust
egui::ScrollArea::vertical()
.auto_shrink(false)
```
* Move scroll bar spacing settings to a `struct ScrollSpacing`
* Add a demo for changing scroll bar appearance
