Emil Ernerfeldt 249b362d7b Actually keep ignoring the legacy target_ra folder ...

A trailing `#` does not start a comment in `.gitignore`, so
`**/target_ra # legacy Rust Analyzer target dir` was matching a path
literally named that, and the leftover `target_ra` folders in existing
checkouts stopped being ignored.
